You recommend the test, your patient orders through the myLAB Box provider portal, and you earn on every kit — with no inventory, fulfillment, or overhead. With a recommended monitoring cadence of every 3–4 months, that's 3–4 orders per year, per patient.
What does the test measure?
A 10-biomarker panel from one at-home blood sample: TSH (thyroid), Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and Triglycerides (lipids), BUN and Creatinine (kidney), plus AST and ALT (liver).
How fast are results?
Kits ship within 24 hours of purchase. Results arrive in as little as 5–8 business days from order, or 3–5 days from the time the sample is mailed to the lab.
Are at-home tests as accurate as in-clinic testing?
Results are comparable to samples collected in a physician's office or clinical laboratory. Tests are processed by CLIA-certified lab affiliates that follow College of American Pathologists (CAP) guidelines, with HIPAA-compliant reporting.
Are there minimum order requirements?

Is the test available everywhere?
The GLP-1 test is available across the US but temporarily unavailable in NY state. FSA/HSA cards are accepted, and shipping is free on orders over $150.
